 Background of ECP |

In industrial economy, as it got more and more standardized , employees are mostly required to be adapt to machinery and large-scale production , being depressed for a long time. However, in knowledge-based economy, the traditional management, which reflected in the form of order and command, not suitable for modern management any more.
Looking for a new way of management, entrepreneurs from Europe and America eventually found ECP, a technique which has a long history of more than 2000 years and has been used by FBI to analysis people's personality.
